Each day you'll head out to a new mountain in the Innsbruck area - the city is an amazing base from which to choose the best conditions for the day, all short transfers from centre. Each day your guide will pick you up from the hotel and the minibus will transfer you to the days spot.

Axamer Lizum, the Nordkette, the Stubai Glacier, Kühtai, Schmirntal...with lift assistance then short 2-3 hour climbs, you'll be hitting some of the best freeride spots in the area. This holiday is mainly guided rather than a structured learning opportunity, but if you'd like technical feedback, your guide will be more than happy to assist.

You'll be staying in the Hotel “Grauer Bär” in a double room.

This 4 star hotel offers an excellent place to relax and rest for the next day in comfort, including a indoor pool with panoramic views on the 5th floor. Staying half board means you're completely covered too.

On the last day there's a joint final dinner and winter hike to say a goodbye to your ski partners and guides.

Post holiday

This is a great course to supplement an extended holiday, as it's only 4 days of skiing, why not extend your time & ski the routes you've just learnt? Or access the multitude of Tyrolian resorts directly from Innsbruck by rail.

How well should I be able to ski?

No stress on black slopes, short turns are easy. You should have a decent amount of off piste experience, even if its not all touring specifically.

How fit do I have to be?

Your fitness needs to be solid, the climbs can last up to 3 hours - 700m of elevantion.

Ideally you would have done that before so you know exactly what to expect of yourself, remember this is fitness at altitude.
